Ses menus uniques s\u2019inspirent de la cuisine fran\u00e7aise classique, italienne et traditionnelle de la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse, le tout agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d\u2019une touche de la magie de Ren\u00e9e. Parmi les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s, on retrouve le \u00ab Crobster Roll \u00bb (sandwich au crabe des neiges et au homard), le \u00ab Canteen Burger \u00bb et leur chowder aux fruits de mer prim\u00e9.
