Welcome to Restaurant Avalon, located at Castle Rock Country Inn, a four-star boutique hotel in Ingonish Ferry. The view from our dining room is a fusion of Middle Head Peninsula, Atlantic Ocean and Cape Breton Highlands. Our menu is a fusion of east and west. Executive chef Kim Isabella Magistro with chef Kirk Rasmussen continue to develop our menu using locally sourced produce, lobster, mussels, seafood, and free-range poultry, beef, and lamb to create a fusion of recipes alongside our Cape Breton specialties.
